Apartment Therapy hosted a House Tour this morning which they tokened "Minimalist and Fun". Thinking that was sort of an oxy-moron I had to check it out. Ashley's apartment was brazened with comments of all sorts. The commenters seem to be torn by two ideas:1) It isn't minimalist as much as bare. The rooms are filled with a hodge-podge of random finds that don't speak of any style or taste.
2) Ashley is a smart woman with a small budget thus she is a smart decorator who doesn't spend time obsessing over "throw pillows and potpourri".
I think it's incredibly boring but worthy of a House Tour. That's the beauty of Apartment Therapy.
