last night's project...

i previously posted about stellar DIY projects and i've checked one off the list, finally (see poofy thing below for visual reference)-----well, i made my own poofy thing-----

these feathers are from a boa that i found falling apart in a costume shop. i held onto that boa for 7 years knowing full well that a great project would come of it. it was so easy to make! i'm very pleased with this dark and glamorous piece of art. doesn't it look like a little creature?
